I love working at Mcdonald's specifically morning shift from 7a.m.-4p.m. with all of coworkers and managers. If i had a choice, i would never leave work!

My returning customers and their smiling faces and everyones cheerful attitude.

My compensation package includes whatever i want and even cash paid holidays!

My team members are great listeners, fast, and work very well under pressure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We smile all day and always congratulate each other on a job done. There is no gossip at my workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and the manager gave me her response immediately instead of me having to wait or interview a second time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that all my coworkers and management are competent enough to their job and more which makes everybody elses role in the company more efficient and productive.
