Overall, my experience with McDonald's has been very positive. I believe it is because of the group I work for, Casper Group- McDonalds.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team genuinely cares about their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse group of people all respecting one another and working as a team to accomplish the tasks at hand.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was straight forward and willing to give me the opportunity to work despite my age and medical conditions.
What makes you most happy at work?
When managers take the time to teach employees the right way to do things and the politeness, and respect amongst co workers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the crew members and managers work as a team. Everyone is super polite, which is nice. For the most part their is respect going both ways, with the exception of a few crew members showing disrespect to managers and being lazy allowing bulk of work to fall on those crew members who do work.
