some of the best things about my team is we all have a great sense of humor & when comes down to it we absolutely love our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i would feel better if was given what they told me before me taking the position,and upon my new year raise i received,my travel pay disappeared. That in which i was told i could never lose.
