They are generally flexible and understanding. I also like when they are willing to lend a helping hand and they know all the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The lady interviewing was just very friendly and excited to show me around and get me prepared. You could tell that she enjoyed her job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customers. I see a variety of people that make me laugh each day and I always meet new people and even make new friends on the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The other members of the team are pleasant and most of the customers are always excited to see me. If I don't feel valued by the company there is always a customer that does make me feel valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you work really hard your taken advantage of here. When asking for a raise they told me that I had to become manager with only .25 raise. When regular employees around me received .25 raise. I made less money then newer employees coming in and I was the person to train new employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a lot of diversity. An even amount of men, women, and race. So customers who come in can always find someone they are comfortable dealing with. Many languages are spoken as well, which allows many people who don't speak English to be taken care of well. I've also become in 2 other languages
