It's been stressful at times, hours getting cut, working with folks that don't speak English

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communications. Not everyone speaks a 2nd language. It's hard to figure out what the other person needs if you can't understand what they say. Also too much favoritism as to who works when and what they are not required to do even if it's in their job description.
