I have learned alot of things and my experience is a life experience and I'm glad I have went thru this experience then not having the experience at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone smiling and not complaining is what makes my work environment positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is everyone is always smiling and is fun to be around at the same time I work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I could be getting paid more and also I believe we should get bonuses as well as raises like alot of other companies do, so I think a better compensation would be awesome.
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like most about the interview process at my job was being cool. Laid back. Wasn't a internship for becoming a doctor or higher position. Was very casual so I wasn't on edge stressing about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I liked everyone worked as a team and was able to get things done on time as working as a team. Most places can not do that. So i find that really awesome about McDonald's leadership team. Leading by example, and that is what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most excited about going to work is seeing friendly faces and new faces and being able to interact with everyone and also because Im being paid at the same time as doing something that I enjoy because time goes by very fast at my job because it is a fast work environment
