Not acting like their better than another , like they dont work the same job at the same time .

Because almost everyone you work with almost every single day comes in with a terrible attitude and treats their piers and customers poorly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better attitudes , not coming to work treating everyone poorly . They chose to keep the job and move up in the company , if they hate thier jobs that bad then there is many of us that would do it the right way in a heart beat
