Good leadership with certain managers other times not very good leadership

We have zero meetings and if people had a person to actually train people then it be eaiser

I feel undervalued as a worker because I know I pull extra shifts and I never get overpay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they need better ways to make sure people are doing their job and not only get on to certain people but treat everyone with respect.
