The team all gets along very well and we all have a good relationship.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all try to work together and even though our job is boring we have fun together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we do more work then we are payed for and though we work minimum wage we work just as hard as everyone who works for more money.
