They are all nice and easy to get along with.

We have fun and work as a team for the most part.

they pay is really not too bad for the job and we get discounts and insurance
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them are just in high school and they think that they have more rights to do nothing than someone older than them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive is probably because its McDonalds. Everyone loves it. I mean all ages. I have met all types of co workers at this place. It is a good place to work, well it can be. It needs quality not quantity managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm 48. Im not a kid. I work harder at McDonalds than I have in alot of jobs in my life. Im not saying its for all the franchises but the one I worked at did not care at all about quality, cleanliness, sanitation, temperature....all they were worried about was waste. Can't have any waste. I once had
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually take the time to train people. They think they can just throw someone into a position and say do it. I know it's just cooking burgers but they have tons of rules for temperatures and all kinds of things. There is no way someone could know unless they are shown and when u do som
