General manager values his employees and seems to demonstrate it when possible. Some employees are enjoyable to work with. Some flexibility is afforded.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to complete projects that endure over time, troubleshooting and fixing problems, being able to work at my own pace, having my input valued
