they are pleasant, most are hard workers, many are willing to help the team complete our work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the building is well maintained, a high percentage of guests are well satisfied, most of the time employees work well together, the management is always available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my past experiences and abilities are recognized, respected, and i am listened to when i provide input for the business and often my suggestions are utilized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i do not feel undervalued. i would like to be able to have a benefit program that would provide a system for employees to buy McDonald's stock.
