upbeat as well as laid back even given the pace of the fast food industry
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is not that competitive but is good if you have the experience and drive to work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I never thought I would like working for mcdonalds but once I started I actually enjoyed it. I moved up from crew to manager within two months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoyed working with the same people on most shifts, it is easy to be around people that are nice and want to talk when there is the time.
