Overall it has been positive, but I wish they would care more about the employee's financial health rather than making a rich corporation even wealthier at our expense.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we play music in the back.

We all get along really well and sometimes hang out after work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to keep the mood light and happy, even when we're super busy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do very well with the business side of things (ex. keeping operations smooth, scheduling, etc.).
What did you like most about the interview process?
I only had to interview one time, and they kept it brief and didn't ask useless questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am still part time, and my employer keeps my hours just under full time so they don't have to give me benefits.
