When customers are actually pleasant and talkative rather than rude and in a hurry.

It was not very formal or intimidating, however, this can contribute to why people do not view this job highly once they hold it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fast food invited very rude and aggressive people, especially working late at night, and oftentimes people stop working there because the pay is not worth the conditions customers put you in.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to care about the job they are doing, it is being seen as a disposable job but if there were better pay and a better attitude, more people would stay.
