We work hard and as a team we get thing done

It was quick to the point and detailed on what was needed for position
What makes you most happy at work?
Something to do during the day , the people and costumers are always regulars that are fantastic
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a good mix of young and older people in the company , and we are also diverse in race
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team I very understanding and flexible, they tend to only lack urgency on issues presented to them that need to be resolved. Overall balance leadership from top to bottom which makes everything work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that most workers that put in the time should make some more money since we are invested instead of setting people up for failure if they are not fit for management role
