I like how they're ready & willing to train and help you to do your job the right way.

We work together to meet work challenges, goals to get the daily jobs done in order to satisfy the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they should give at least a 25 cent pay raise every 6 months & offer more medical benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ideal of being able to participate in putting a product together that makes the customer happy. The comraderie & cooperation of my fellow workers to effectively get a job done.
