Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are scarce and expensive and I just recently began receiving what I would consider just pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is definitely room for improvement in our current leadership team. Following correct procedures and working together would be a great start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the many that we have, there are definitely some good employees. Some are there to actually work and help the coworker next to them, while some are there to play.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ability to have more help to assist the customers and each other would help run smoother shifts. But the Company cares more about labor and how much they are paying out over their employees.
