50/50 positive and negative. I would not recommend this as a career to anyone but it is a nice part time job to have for extra cash or if you are going to school.

Getting to make customers' day better by offering great customer service.

Quick and straightforward, higher up management team generally communicated pretty well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No benefits which would be very helpful as a full time student.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Scheduling lead is quick to approve time off or help us trade shifts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are hard working and make me laugh, it is a family atmosphere. Just wish the management was better.
