I don't get in to trouble that often. It's just that my manager and few leads like to disrespect me because I'm slower. I've been wokring here for months and can't seem to get the hand of things just yet. But some coworkers are kind-hearted and willing to lend a hand.

Customer complaints are dealt with utmost respect. Never disrespected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're super fun and lively. Everyone knows each other. Atmosphere is nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
For sure, the fact that I'll be getting paid and my coworkers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. I didn't waste time. Only issue is waiting process where you sit and wait for a call.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Would really appreciate leads taking the time to explain my errors to me than yelling about how they might fire me soon.
