Almost all positive. I love almost everyone I work with, besides the big boss and the job is busy so it goes fast.
What makes you most happy at work?
The crew. I'm lucky to work with the people I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super friendly and we always take care of each other and help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to have good days and we try to stay positive and reach our daily goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My general manager and shift managers are all awesome! My franchise owner is always super rude with nothing positive to say about anything, ever.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I only had one interview. There was suppose to be 2 but the big boss was busy and the person who did my first interview said to hire me and so they did.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I was hired in the sign said we'd get paid 10.50. All of us hired were hired in at 9.50. We work hard and make great numbers and should be paid accordingly.
