It's a job. It offers some decent benefits for a select group of employess. Its not somewhere a human could work their entire life and come out without health implications.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexible, they understand real-life occurences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Consistent. Reliable. Able to keep up with the flow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having to borrow money just to fix our cars to get to work etc. Cannot get ahead.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We sweat all day, burn our fingers and arms. Clothes reek of grease. More pay please, at least to compensate for the burns and laundry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not a whole lot to like or dislike. Was not fed full of fake promises, but was led to understand it is what it is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees (yes us bottom of the rung people) carry this company for all of its wealth in my opinion. These managers and executives roll into bonuses etc. and us peons do the work. Lame, what a "Croc".
