to much drama among the management team. they let personal interfere with business alot

they are only nice to you when they need you to pick up another shift or do extra tasks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
not everyone is on the same page the owner operater and the gm tells people what they want to hear instead of what needs said. will tell everyone something different so not everyone is on the same page and causes lots of conflict
