Overall it has been a pleasant experience although it can be a stressful place at times. I enjoy my coworkers and customers and don't mind coming to work.

My fellow employees and regular customers that have become friends.

Has a great way of handling angry customers without being out of control and always patient

Usually eager to work hard and help where it's needed, available to pick up hours or trade shifts with you

I felt I would be welcomed and have an opportunity to grow and move up in the company if I wanted to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel all employees in this type of work should be paid more but that starts with raising minimum wage especially in my state.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A very diverse group of employees from all cultures and backgrounds and it doesn't stop anyone from communicating or being friendly. Makes it easier to work during stressful times.
