Seeing the people I work with and being greeted by nice customers and interacting with them.

Down to earth and can be understanding and fun to work with. Varies from manager to manager.

Understanding how to help each other out especially when its super busy. Love to have a great time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of stress of backlash from customers is tremendous. It takes a lot out of you for a minimum wage worker.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Need to stay positive in order to keep working through the difficult customers. Hard to get through rush times with a negative attitude.
