I like the job in general. It just needs someone that can take charge and run the company like it should be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been lucky to work with some positive people and helps make the day go faster.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that it was short and sweet. I didn't have to guess if I had the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I know when I go into work that the shift before me hasn't done any kind of prep or anything. That's usually when I have my work cut out for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the people O work with are amazing. If it wasn't for them I don't think things could work out the way it does because we work together as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that employees should make more especially by the hour. There is not really any compensation with this company. I have to work myself to the bone and feel like I should be alot more for services at this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to work on the way they treat the crew members. Not trying to talk down to someone. Also working on working as a team not treat customers like they are not good enough to serve people even if they are homeless.
