Get rid of most of the crew.

I do managers work 5 days a week, but get paid as a crew member. Give me a raise or i stop working as HARD as i do!!

They need to learn how to treat their coworkers like people, and realise, everyone matters!! If you have a happy crew, the time goes by so quick and the days actually relaxing!!!

There is way to much drama due to the fact that they hire young girls fresh out of high school at a place where EVERYONE in the city comes to talk about people, fight, and just cause drama. And, the young girls dont want to work when there is a fight that has NOTHING to do with them, going on outsid
