I've enjoyed working at mcdonalds and it is a good started job but I would not recommend it for longterm employment

There is a lot of pressure for quality and speedy service but the positions are consistently understaffed

There is a lot of satisfaction in feeling good at your job and meeting the needs of customers.

The team members have to work closely and help each other a lot to make sure everyone stays caught up with their roles.
