It wasn't very long, was pretty short.

supporting and training all staff. Treating all employees equally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no fast food places or restaurants pay enough I don't think.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
pay rate compensation to all employees and bring back free meals to employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-worker friendships when we have breaks. I know they used to provide free meals for staff but they no longer do,that's not right.
