It was great when I started out, but since the management change, it's went down hill. Slot of great workers left.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet the managers at the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all feel the same about our GM , but we all work really hard to make our job easier on each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our GM, If she would treat us better, and maybe if we could get appreciate it more, and share and the bonuses that are general manager only gets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have very few good managers, but our GM just doesn't know how to talk to people. I like our lower managers, because they really try to understand anything you might be going through outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees like me. the folks I work with in the morning or just really great people. We all come to work and as for doing our jobs, we share what might have happened that week or that day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the GM would learn how to talk to the little people who make her look good, and instead of her being the only one who gets bonuses, we would all get a little something for working so hard.
