
Crew needs to listen and focus. If we had better communication and rewards maybe they would listen more.
The office is understanding and works with you. However the General Manager and Supervisor only see things one way. If you don't fix that way you get yelled at.
As a manager I barely make more than crew. I'm always told I don't act like a manager but instead a glorified crew. I get yelled at daily. We don't have benefits.
