I wish I could say I love it but I would really like to see this place get fixed up a lot. I don't think that the company managers take their job serious, at the end of the day, they get paid and that's all they care about.
What makes you most happy at work?
Probably making the money, and seeing the people I see regularly there, customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of hours I can work, and how I can pick my shift.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't even get an interview, they talked to me for 2 minutes and gave me a place to go to pick up my uniform.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people I work with like to joke around, they can do whatever they please as the mangers are very poor at their job and don't care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The place we work is really nasty, they don't care and they don't use gloves or wash their hands as their suppose to when serving hundreds of people a day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think that the place I works really just does not care about anthing. I once showed my boss the amount of flies that got into the tea thing and asked her how we should fix it and she said there was nothing we can do.. and every time I wash the dishes, there is about 20 dead flies. It is so nasty.
