Making goals, encouraging others to be better than we were yesterday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers try to keep everyone motivated and excited to reach goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviewer had a sense of humor and was very pleasant. He was enthusiastic about the company and that I could advance in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match 401k contributions up to 8%. The insurance coverage is very good. We get 10 paid days off a year, plus vacation days and sick days.
