The employees are great, the issue is the higher ups.

The DM was very understanding and easy to talk to.

The higher management is the root of the issue and the way they treat people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well I was actually last of the management team. The shift leaders the underdogs get treated poorly and with poor pay meanwhile the department managers dont do anything and make annual salary.
