The company will work with you about changing your schedule as you need it changed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure that the PEOPLE they hire actually do their job, they was hired to do, and competitive pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because most often, the company does not do their evaluations and give raises accordingly, since there has been a minimum wage increase the company has not gave any evaluation raises.
