Not bad but it isn't the best. It needs improvement on how food is done and taken out to server as well as how everyone works together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Trust is shown and they're patient when asking and friendly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I said, simply alone hearing each other out and working as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers can hear employees out. Workers that don't work and are negative should change their attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workers themselves as well as the ones in charge aren't fair. It doesn't work out like that.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working as a team and cooperating. Some workers are too lazy that only a few employees actually work and try and get along.
