My overall experience at the company that I work for would have to an absolutely great experience this far! I actually look forward to going to work!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with on my shift, every shift!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not know yet. I am still in the probation period so I do not have access to employee benefits yet
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together like we are friends or family just hanging out having a good time at work. But instead of being at home relaxing we work together to get orders out smoothly and help each other correct issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody works together. If someone is having a bad day, the other coworkers and managers try to make our shifts not so boring and help with what they can. Everybody picks up the slack when they have nothing to do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are upfront and honest with every coworker. If there is an issue, they are willing to work with you if you are just willing to talk to them. They actually teach instead of throwing to the wolves immediately. If you have questions, the managers want you to ask those questions until you learn.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very honest with both managers during my interview about everything and told them that I would work any time they needed me to. I told them what I was looking for in a position of employment and they said they were looking for the same thing in an employee! I got the job!
