Nobody works together and managers always have crappy attitudes.

We always stick together and can depend on one another

It was a few questions and then started same day

If my managers were addressed about their poor quality and therefore lack of leadership skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i were paid more for my committed one year attendance with all my hard work especially doing half of the managers job
