Easy questions and managers were nice
Managers and crew trainers can actually train people. The scheduling of the staff can be a lot better cause we only have 5 people working many times in the evening and it's unacceptable.
The coworkers that I work with need to be trained better by the MANAGERS or the actual CREW TRAINERS. My coworkers are not very experienced and are very slow cause they're not taught well on how to do certain tasks.
The leadership team at the McDonald's that I work at needs to work on scheduling people better. The leadership team which is the managers need to be training us correctly as well as the crew trainers that are being paid more to train us.
I feel that working at McDonald's and having to deal with the stuff that happens on a day to day basis I'm definitely being underpaid and I feel that I am very unappreciated although I work a lot harder than 1/2 of the other employees
