as the chains are run by different franchisers its difficult to tell if my experience is the same as say a crew member in different areas. i would say that the lower level staff aka crew and shift managers are treated with total distaine. its as if we exist only so the franchisers can make money

the staff all look out for each other.

addressing the needs and wants of its lower-level staff.

better pay, better communication systems and better shift orginisation

they put us in groups allowing us to form friendships

they are all a great laugh and very caring. i guess something about being stuck in a horrible job brings people together more..
