What makes you most happy at work?

Leaving that building, making the others pick up their own slack.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Dont use that darn phone robot. It has confused the heck out of everybody that has applied, put the app back on the website and everything is okay.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The gene pool is bad, lazy children that dont care. Jaded adults that are lazy because why should they work hard? They are getting the same pay as the 16yr old new hire that does 10% of their workload

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leaving, everybody has the same feeling when they leave the building, IQ goes up and the heavy weight is lifted. No more yelling managers, no mean customers, no burns from the grills, no leaks to constantly mop up. Overall our culture is "get out asap" culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their crew members and shift managers. For some reason they think flexible hours means 'flex this person as far we can". The favoritism needs to stop, multiple salaried managers should not be in their position, but the lack of accountability let's then do what they want. Not their job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compression raises make it so that all your hard work deleted, it becomes as if you never had a raise, a person that has worked there for 4 years makes the same as a new hire. That shows a consistent lack of respect. Actual dental benefits, we sell sugar and fat, mcdonalds should take responsibility
