They asked very few questions that it surprises me because I came so prepared. It was easy to pass the servsafe because it was mostly common sense expect a few temperature questions. I like the shoes that they had us get they come in a lot of different styles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am always forced to do so much work at once and running back and forth between fryer and grill while my coworkers can stand still and have a conversation. There is definitely an imbalance in the amount of work that they put on employees despite same pay.
