Offer training and onboarding for new employees

They need to get better at communicating and having a align expectation among the entire organization. Also, they need have better accountability of their department performance

Listening to their employees. Holding people accountable when they haven't done their job correctly. Getting rid of an employee who continuously falls short of their job description, to the point where it hurts the rest of their team. Giving us proper, annual raises for those who deserve it!!!!

I'm not compensated correctly based on my experience within the industry. I know my male counterparts make more money, but I've been at the company and within the industry longer. If I move outside the company, I will get paid what I deserve.

I know I'm underpaid, based on my experience and years within the industry. I've asked HR to reevaluate, but they haven't. You can see it very clear on Glassdoor. At least $10k underpaid.

they could have a better work ethic and want to do the best job they can do. Instead of sitting on their phone looking at tiktok, let's get our jobs done first, please.

If we had consistent training within each department (BUs). And if they don't have the knowledge, it shouldn't be an excuse that you don't have training material or too much turnover. Make the manuals and teach it. If they don't know it, they shouldn't touch it. Messes everything up (Masters)

Training throughout each department, consistent positive attitudes, having consistent support from managers without mood swings, hiring QUALITY and QUALIFIED employees and holding them to the same standards as everyone else.

KINDNESS! Departments bicker with each other like school children and want to place blame instead of finding a solution and moving forward. There's too much negativity - especially coming from CS and QCT. We are one company and one team and we need to start acting like it.

Please look at past comments. Strong employees speak up and get nowhere. Weak employees do the job wrong, get things taken away (rewarded), no reprimand, stay employed and get same bonus and merits. And you wonder why we loss so many employees? Does Ashida know this? Doubtful!
