What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing I appreciate about the leadership team is their openness to feedback and drive to improve. However, priorities sometimes shift quickly without full visibility, which can make it challenging to stay aligned and plan effectively.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
When I joined N-able, my mom was included in my HMO for free during my first year, even though they knew she was 68 years old. After a year, I was informed that I now have to pay for her HMO because she is beyond the age limit.

The best part about my compensation package is the health coverage. It not only includes me but also covers my parents, and we can get reimbursements for their medicines as well.
