the higher ups get huge bonuses and annual raises while the people who actually make the company work must fight for scraps which are routinely denied so there is more money for the big shots to share

All are very friendly, professional and dedicated to their work resulting high success rate in work completion and better customer experience also add more value to organization.

We need to be bought by another company. We are stuck in a hardware world. We should be looking at software.

no respect or appreciation for lower level workers from higher ups needs to drastically change
