With the inflation going up every year, the salary stays the same, not mention pay rise is not possible no matter how hard we worked.

My salary has not increased in the last 10 years but inflation means I am worse off than 10 years ago. THere are no sick days included - I am supposed to use my holidays instead, No flexible working or arrangements to take additional vacation weeks with no pay. Insurance coverage has not increased

The "Lean But Not Mean" policy seems to result in retention of ineffective and under-qualified employees. The best & brightest move on to other opportunities and higher salaries, while the flotsam remains.
