What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stop making the nurses do everyone else job, let us be nurses again, remember we are running a hospital not a 5 star hotel...sometimes we have to upset the customer to get them well.

Too much corporate and patient satisfaction and little consideration that each unit and mission partner are different. "Our way or the highway" attitude from upper level leadership
