Im not sure I feel a 'culture'. The last time HR presented at Town Hall on 'culture' it was more a conversation around 'meeting effectiveness'.....not what I believe people were hoping for
Its more of distributive work, no common authority, managers without much powers

Our fulltime employees are trained on mamy benches, and help each other. It appears we are mostly hiring temporary employees. A few have been made permanent, but not many.
A few team members do honestly care, but the rest are beat into submission.
We all mesh very well and they feel rhe same way i do as far as compensation.
