Going rate for similar positions with other companies pay more and offer full-remote. Several people have left PlanSource to new companies doing similar roles for higher pay and/or full remote.

There is no pay transparency or equal pay among job tiers. Different departments may have less overall responsibility but paid more. PlanSource says they "Pay for Performance" but that has been used to pay people unfair base pay with hopes that a merit increase will fix it to market in a few years

I do not feel undervalued, in fact, it is opposite. We get more and more responsibilities, get asked to cover roles that are empty, but we receive zero compensation. A small merit increase needs to cover not only recognition for last years work, but also a pay increase for moving up to another role.
