I feel undervalued because the workload and expectations do not match the compensation. Incentives should reflect employee performance and effort, not NPS scores that are often impacted by unresolved corporate and operational issues outside of site staff control.

No one can make a living on $13/$14 an hour in this economy. If we paid more, maybe we could find better employees. There are too many that just don't do their jobs as they should be done.

I used to love my job. I had pride in my locations. Lately I have been disheartened because NO ONE else is doing things at my level. Even those that have been here for years. I come back after a weekend to find my numbers dropping and all my hard work gone to waste. And I'm in trouble its MY store.
